Giving our individual attention to each customer and discussing their ideas on sketches, photographs or garments samples, we transform them into live pieces. Our bespoke, made-to-measure gowns fit flawlessly as a result of multiple fittings and painstaking care and precision in details.  Attention to detail is the essence of our work. Each design is individually cut, fitted and even frequently redesigned by the dressmaker to suit a particular style and client.
On receiving an inquiry we arrange an appointment with the client at our studio. On our first meeting we inform the client about fabrics and accessories suitable for the design, estimated price and lead time. Then the client will be asked to confirm the order and pay an installment of 50% up-front (the balance is to be paid on the final fitting or collection of the order).  On that stage the measurements are to be taken as well.
Bespoke process requires a few fittings, 3 - for simpler designs and  up to 6 -  for a wedding dress.
Second fitting is for a mock-up (toile) of the design. The toile will be modified, corrected as needed until we are pleased with it's design and fit, and then carefully ripped apart and pressed, so that it can be developed into a final pattern, which will be used to cut the main fabric. Following fittings will be for the outfit itself, first unlined and then the lined garment.
Finished outfit is ready for collection when all adjustments are complete,  the client is happy with the outfit and the order balance is paid off.
We always appreciate our customers' feedback, but value their confidentiality.
